The Master Reset Method is designed to be a calm, structured space where you can speak openly, think clearly, and rebuild without fear of judgement or exposure. Everything you share with us - in sessions, messages, exercises, or conversations - is treated as strictly confidential.

We do not share your personal information, your story, or your identity. Ever.

Any notes we keep exist solely to support you properly, remember what matters to you, and guide you through your reset with care and continuity. When insights are shared publicly for educational purposes, they are always fully anonymised and never traceable to any individual.

Your data is stored securely and handled responsibly in line with UK data protection standards.  Access is limited, controlled and respectful.
