We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1:1 Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
6. Digital Products & Programs
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
No refunds are available once access has been granted.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
